Besides, investors should avoid building factories near ponds, lakes, rivers and streams. If it is necessary to level the pond area to build a factory, investors should carefully study the methods of leveling: select black sand, compact each layer, constructing after leveling from 3 – 6 months to make surethe ground is firm, to avoid future landslides.

Feng shui factors & the shape of the land
