As Tet approaches each year, the DELCO family gathers for a familiar tradition: wrapping Bánh Chưng and sharing a year-end meal at DELCO Farm.
Once year-end tasks are wrapped up, colleagues from every department come together at DELCO Farm. The usual urgency of construction sites gives way to laughter around trays of ingredients, the fragrance of dong leaves and freshly harvested sticky rice. The spirit of Year of the Horse fills DELCO Farm.

From preparing the leaves and rinsing sticky rice to portioning mung beans and wrapping each Bánh Chưng together, everyone lends a hand. It is this simple, unpretentious spirit that creates a strong sense of closeness and belonging, becoming a cherished part of DELCO’s culture over the years.
