Deli Hai Duong is the second factory in Vietnam of the Deli Group, with a total investment of $270 million. This is the largest foreign investment project by the group to date.
Deli’s Largest Foreign Investment Factory
The Deli factory project in Hai Duong has a total investment of $270 million, located on a 212,480 m² plot in the Dai An Expanded Industrial Park. This is the second project by the Deli Group in Vietnam, and it marks the group’s largest foreign investment project ever. The project is seen as a strategic move to help the company expand its market in Southeast Asia and affirm its position in the region.
According to the plan, the factory will focus on producing stationery, household goods, and educational equipment to meet both domestic and international market demands. Annually, the factory is expected to produce 104 million stationery products made from paper and plastic, 33 million adhesive and glue products, and 23.7 million household items, office equipment, and educational tools made from metal. Additionally, the factory will manufacture over 2.4 million technology products, such as electronic calculators, photocopiers, and shredders, as well as 22.5 million rubber products each year.

Notably, the Deli Hai Duong factory will implement fully automated production lines to enhance production efficiency, ensure product quality, and meet international standards. The factory is expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2026, with anticipated annual revenue of approximately $50 million and the creation of around 3,000 jobs.
