This is the first project in Vietnam by Sunell Technology — a leading surveillance camera provider in China. Sunell entrusted DELCO to act as the Design-Build contractor, providing consultancy and fitout solutions for the factory.

Vital Link Factory Fitout Project
The Vital Link project is located in Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, Bac Ninh. The project includes factory fitout design and construction, meeting high standards in the electronics industry, with a Class 1000 cleanroom, anti-static epoxy flooring, and a multi-stage fresh air filtration system to maintain a stable production environment.
From the very beginning of entering the Vietnamese market, DELCO has accompanied and collaborated with the investor by providing fitout solutions – factory renovation and upgrades, while also assisting in the completion of necessary legal procedures.
DELCO and investor Sunell have signed the Design-Build contractor contract for the Vital Link project.
The project is now in the process of rapidly executing its initial phases. Despite the tight schedule, the DELCO team remains committed to ensuring both quality and progress of the construction.
The project is expected to be completed by May 2025.
