After 2 years from the handover date of the 2nd GS Battery Factory – Phase 2 in Binh Duong, and after 5 years of stable operation of the 3rd GS Battery Factory in Binh Xuyen, the investor sent a thank you letter to DELCO Construction General Contractor. In the letter, Mr. Soichi Hanano – General Director of GS Battery Vietnam – expressed his satisfaction and appreciated the quality of design – construction as well as the efficiency of the Smart Factory system that DELCO has deployed, well meet production requirements as well as support the investor a lot in the factory management and operation.

GS Battery Bình Dương Factory
GS Battery Factory No. 2 – Phase 2 at VSIP, Binh Duong was constructed, handed over and put into operation by DELCO in September 2020. The 2-storey factory solution that DELCO consulted and designed has helped the factory to optimize space, improve using- efficiency and easily expand production, especially in the late 2021 period.

GS Battery Vĩnh Phúc Factory
Bình Xuyen GS Battery Factory, DELCO as the Design – Build General Contractor in 2017, is located near the brick factory area, so the air is very dusty. During the design and construction process, DELCO has come up with many solutions for construction materials to ensure the aesthetics of the factory as well as minimize dust accumulation in long-term use. After 5 years of operation, up to now, construction items such as paint, walls, roof … are still bright and beautiful, which is the harshest test for the management level, professional ability and construction quality of the general contractor.

The system helps to monitor 24/24 the current state of the factory, quickly alerting when there is unusual problem or equipment failure, warranty expiration warning, helping to improve equipment life. After nearly 2 years of operation of the factory, the system data shows that the factory is operating efficiently and saving up to 25% of electricity consumption.
