Some industrial zones in Nghe An and Da Nang have already reached high occupancy rates, reflecting the region’s growing appeal to investors.
Notably, in the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, while the overall occupancy rate is currently around 50%, the areas designated for manufacturing, logistics, and high-tech services have already surpassed 60%, highlighting the strong growth potential of this sector in the region.
