On July 29, the investor HAEM VINA sent a thank you letter to thanks for the quality of design – construction and the efforts of DELCO General Contractor, after two continuous HAEM VINA factory projects in 2020 and 2022 went into stable operation and efficient production.
About HAEM VINA Factory Project 2020 and 2022
HAEM VINA is a company with 100% Korean investment capital, is an enterprise specializing in the production and supply of phone chargers and battery charger components for SAMSUNG Electronics. HAEM VINA has officially operated in Vietnam since 2012.
In 2020, DELCO is honored to be the Design – Build General Contractor of factory construction and M&E system for the two-storey HAEM VINA factory, using prestressed cable concrete structure combined with traditional reinforced concrete structure, with a variety of construction materials with high requirements.
HAEM VINA Factory No. 2 was completed and handed over after only 4 months of construction
In the first quarter of 2022, HAEM VINA continues to expand theirs production scale and DELCO continues to accompany in the role of Design – Build General Contractor for M.E.P system. The M.E.P system is a core element in the production and operation of the factory, especially for factories in the electronic component manufacturing industry.
Less than 2 months since receiving the construction site, DELCO has completed the construction and handed over the factory No. 3 to the investor HAEM VINA.
Thank you letter from HAEM VINA
After the success of 2 continuous factory projects, the investor HAEM VINA sent a thank you letter to the General Contractor DELCO. In the letter, Mr. Byung Young Lee – General Director of HAEM VINA – expressed his satisfaction and appreciated the quality of factory design and construction as well as the enthusiastic support of DELCO, ensuring the commitment on schedule and construction quality. After nearly 2 years since the handover, the factory has been put into stable and efficient operatio, meeting the urgent progress of many orders in the past period. Mr. Lee also want to continue long-term cooperation with DELCO in future projects of HAEM VINA.
Mr. Park Jae Young – HAEM VINA Factory Manager gives feedback on the construction process of the factory
In a sharing after the end of HAEM VINA 2020 project, Mr. Park Jae Young – factory manager, also expressed his satisfaction with DELCO General Contractor: “In the process of working with DELCO, I found that DELCO has a reciprocal speed, very fast processing to ensure the commitment to the construction deadline. In addition, in cases where we do not understand the construction situation, DELCO also provides support so that we can understand the problem, which helps a lot in our work. DELCO has complied with the project deadline as committed, so I am very satisfied.”
