DELCO is the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor for a two-story garment factory project located in Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc. The investor is a famous Vietnamese brand with a diverse product group, ranging from air conditioners, home appliances to premium kitchen equipment, and fashion apparel.

As a project in the garment manufacturing sector, it involves specific technical and operational requirements, with a fast-tracked construction schedule of just 60 days. In our role as MEP contractor, DELCO provides consulting and design services for the technical systems, ensuring they meet production demands while optimizing investment costs and operational efficiency. The control cabinets, power cables, and cable trays are laid out in a logical, space-efficient configuration. Lighting systems are precisely calculated for each production zone, especially at sewing stations, ensuring consistent illumination to support uninterrupted operations.
A key technical challenge is the use of 12 electric steam boilers at the ironing stations, which generate a high heat load. DELCO designed a heat extraction and ventilation system to maintain a stable temperature, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees. Additionally, the factory’s water supply system includes a treated water reuse solution for irrigation purposes, reducing operational costs and supporting sustainable, eco-friendly production.
The factory is scheduled for completion and official operation in August.
