Following the growth momentum of the project, DELCO’s staff and engineers also constantly educate themselves to develop their own professional skills. At the end of April 2022, DELCO organized an internal training workshop exclusively for DELCO on-site engineers, with the topic of updating technology skills in construction project management.
The training courses were carefully structured. Training topics were diverse from professional knowledge to technology application skills in work, with the goal of training personnel from the smallest things, to create quality and different values to provide for the customers.
The training session focused on combining theory and practical exercises, testing the attendees’ applicability, hoping to improve job processing capacity, save time, and increase accuracy in the construction process and supervision of DELCO engineers.
