At the end of Jan 2024, DELCO held a year-end meeting at DELCO Farm, Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh, with the participation of all departments.

The year-end meeting is an opportunity for us to look back on events and projects in the past year. 2023 is a difficult year for the macroeconomy in general and the industrial construction industry in particular. The global economic recession, war causing supply chain disruptions, inflation in many countries… make the construction market increasingly competitive.

In the context of global difficulties, DELCO still steadily completed industrial projects with good quality and complying with current standards: 3LVN Factory project (Hong Kong), Interior, finishing works and HVAC system of Toyo Solar factory project (Japan), Channel Well Technology factory expansion project (Taiwan), Power Plus Technology factory expansion project (Taiwan), AKEBONO Plastic factory renovation project (Japan)…

Also in 2023, DELCO invested in DELCO smart farm expansion project, building a new chicken egg production line No. 3 (Chicken House 3), applying new smart agricultural technologies to help optimize productivity and improve resistance and the health of chickens. In addition, the DELCO Farm Guest House project was also completed before the Lunar New Year, becoming a warming guesthouse to welcome customers and partners.

After looking back at the operating report of the past year, each department in turn reviewed deficiencies and discussed solutions, optimized professional skills to increase competitiveness as well as update the latest technology, adapting to market changes.
