DELCO’s annual internal training program in 2024 lasts for 5 days at DELCO Farm, with the participation of partners, suppliers, and a vast majority of DELCO Team’s engineers and technical staff.
This is an annual program; however, every year has a different way of organizing to bring out the highest efficiency. This year, DELCO organizes a series of training programs with the theme “Update new regulations and technologies in industrial construction 2024”.
Through training programs, DELCO ensures that staff and engineers are fully equipped with current legal knowledge and can best support, consult investors and customers during project planning and implementation.
Also in the training series, DELCO and its partners, suppliers had the opportunity to exchange and discuss new technologies as well as their applicability in 2024 industrial construction 
Discussion on special, long-span, reduced components’ heights floor construction technology, which is suitable for some large-scale warehouses, factories, very narrow aisle warehouses, and factories using precision tools and equipment, etc.
DELCO and experts from SAMSUNG Electronics discussed trends in the design and construction of HVAC systems, as well as the applicability of new technologies in the installation of AC, air compression, chillers systems, etc., in the factory.
Some discussions on smart factories, new application trends in the design and construction of factory MEP systems, helping to optimize costs and production time, improve product quality, etc.
One of the important contents in DELCO’s 2024 training plan is to change the mindset, promote the spirit of innovation, and help increase productivity and work efficiency, in the fast-moving business and construction industry.
This is the 4th consecutive year that DELCO has successfully implemented focused training programs to improve the professional capacity and skills of DELCO Team’s engineers and technical staff.
